The view from our room at night was outstanding, with the city lights adding a beautiful touch. The spacious room and comfortable bed made our stay enjoyable. The bar and restaurant were great, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful, even when we lost our room keys late at night. Quick car service without calling ahead was impressive.

The hotel is conveniently located close to many Melbourne attractions, making it easy to explore the city. there is a nice food court nearby, perfect for grabbing a quick bite or doing some shopping for clothing. The staff are known for their exceptional service and attentive nature, making you feel like a valued guest. The executive club rooms offer amazing views and the turn-down service adds a touch of luxury to your stay.

One small downside is that the lights next to the bed would occasionally come on without being activated and were difficult to turn off.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with sensational views of the city and a peek of the nearby botanical gardens. The hotel facilities were great, including the block out blinds on the windows for a lazy sleep in. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to many fantastic restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our 10th wedding anniversary extra special with their warm wishes and complimentary upgrades and champagne. Breakfast was also lovely, with a great variety of choices.

Attention to detail, including complimentary sparkling wine for birthday celebration. Exceptional customer service, great location. Top-rated hotel with excellent amenities. Stunning view, quiet and relaxing. Samsung Pad, coffee machine, radio alarm, plenty of storage options. Dressing gown and slippers provided.

The view from my room was fine. I couldn't get enough of it. I had the pleasure of experiencing the excellent hospitality at Sofitel Melbourne. The director of rooms, Matt Andraws, personally greeted us and made us feel like VIPs. The staff at the Club Sofitel were amazing, serving us champagne and afternoon tea while they prepared our room cards. We were even upgraded to the Ambassador Suite on the top floor with a beautiful and luxurious decor, made us feel like we were in our own private apartment. The Club Sofitel amenities were fantastic, with delicious afternoon tea, evening canapés, and a great breakfast. The staff at the club were very good, memorizing our names and providing really good service. Even when there was a mistake with our entree orders at the restaurant, the manager quickly apologized and compensated us by taking all of our desserts off the bill. The entire staff at Sofitel Melbourne, from valet to check-in, club, restaurant, and bellhop, were warm and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for its really good hospitality and perfect Ambassador Suite.

We were welcomed with a good surprise in our room - champagne and goodies, courtesy of the Guest Relations Manager. Throughout our stay, the staff were really good too ensure we felt at home. The hotel's central location in the heart of a shopping mall made it a perfect spot, especially during the cold and rainy winter weather. Plus, the fine views from our high-floor room overlooking the river added to the luxurious experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were helpful and cute, with wonderful views of Melbourne from the room. The shower was excellent and the bed was amazing. The surprise wedding gift made our stay even more beautiful. Excellent location near the railway station.

The rooms are comfortable and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The bathrooms are well-appointed and have all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can also indulge in a delicious breakfast on the top floor, with an array of delightful options to choose from.

Some guests have mentioned that the furniture in the rooms is a bit dated and may show signs of wear and tear.

The view from our room was fine, providing us with a amazing panorama of the city. We also loved the convenient location of the hotel, easy for us to explore and visit all the attractions we wanted to see. we were really surprised by the attentive and friendly staff, who made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The hotel rooms were a bit outdated and could use some upgrading. The bed in particular was not very comfortable, as it felt lumpy and bumpy, causing us to have a restless night's sleep.

Our recent stay at this hotel was an experience to be remembered. the exclusive amenities provided made us feel truly luxurious. the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were delightful, and the massage services offered were top-notch. the room advantages, including the spacious and comfortable bed, were impeccable. the restaurant, with its in-room breakfast and special diet menus, catered to our individual needs. the private facilities, such as the bar/lounge area, added to the extravagance.

While the food was delicious, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and we had to wait a little longer than expected to be seated.
